Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our team. We have a super busy Hair and Beauty salon, which is continuously growing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and skill development within a vibrant salon setting. We also offer many perks to the job.

Duties

Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing.
Upsell additional services and retail products to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon environment.
Assist with store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Deliver personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments.

Qualifications

Must be atleast Level 2 Qualified with salon experience
Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of hairstyling work.
Skills in barbering are desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and high standards of hygiene and safety compliance. This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to expand their skills within a supportive team environment.
